Is Quartermaster only for police?
No. Quartermaster is organisation-agnostic and can support police, EMS, military, security, mechanics, government, gangs, clubs and other configured Qbox organisations.
Does Quartermaster create its database automatically?
Yes. The stable release checks and prepares its required database structures during startup. Always review the console and Support Centre after first installation.
Does it replace an unlimited armoury or organisation shop?
That is the intended operational model. Quartermaster works best when it becomes the controlled route for issuing and returning managed equipment instead of leaving a parallel unlimited store active.
Can different organisations have different stores and equipment?
Yes. Stores, catalogues, permissions and organisation-facing workflows can be configured independently so each organisation receives the equipment and management model appropriate to it.
Is documentation included?
Yes. Quartermaster includes a full Installation, Configuration & Operations Manual covering setup, daily workflows, administration, troubleshooting and production deployment.
